  • Ithra 8386 Ring Road Az Zahran, Eastern Province, 34461 Saudi Arabia (map)

Are you a true maker and do you wish to expand your borders and to surprise yourself by discovering new techniques and materials? Then this is an inspiring workshop to follow.

We will let undervalued materials guide our proces. Materials such as wire mesh, scrap wood and surplus bricks. By re-examining those materials, new applications of the materials will arise.

The challenge lies in finding new forms, qualities and easthetics as opposed to those with which we are all to familiar. Learning by doing, a continueous cycle of making and evaluating

Studio PlanQ is an expert in the field of transforming undervalued materials into new usable materials, forms and product. These masters in material experiment will show you how to not only create new materials and shapes but will also be able to teach you how to link it to the real world and make a business case out of it.

This is an hands-on workshop on shifting the perspective on undervalued materials and repurpose them to a specific context.

An experience to take home and adopt within your own design process.
